Day 19: It’s okay to have bad days
Okay so I wasn’t the biggest fan of yesterday, but you know what is great about that? It helped me appreciate today! Life is all about ups and downs. The bad days make the good days even better.
Yesterday, I was stressed a bit, but today the same stresses felt more manageable because I had the contrast of how much worse it could be. I met my deadlines, got through all my meetings, and ended the day feeling a lot more competent than I did before.
Try not to think of the rough moments in life as a blessing instead of a curse. You’ll make it through and as we overcome, we gain resilience and strength. Hang in there, nothing lasts forever and I have faith in your ability to make the best of a bad situation. After all, if I can do it, so can you! 🙂
